We often make meaningful progress in the first session. Three private sessions give you time to practice with your trainer, build confidence and work through what comes up at home or on walks.

Three 90-minute sessions at your home or another agreed training location.

E-collars and other tools are not included. Your trainer may demonstrate equipment when it fits your dog’s needs.

Our progress guarantee

We guarantee your progress toward a dog that can ‘Chill Out’.

Progress means useful, observable improvement toward the training goals we agree on, together with skills you can use with your dog. It does not mean perfect behavior or that every issue will be resolved in a set number of sessions.

If you are dissatisfied with a private training session, contact us within 60 days of that session. We will discuss your concern and offer a reasonable way to address it at no additional training charge. If that is not a suitable solution or the concern remains unresolved, we will refund the affected session and any unused sessions in that package. Earlier completed sessions remain paid. Travel fees are excluded.

For the new $895 three-session private-training package purchased under these terms, refunds are based on the training price actually paid, divided equally among the three sessions and rounded to the nearest cent for the amount being refunded. Refunded unused session credits are cancelled. Total refunds cannot exceed the training fees paid, less any amounts already refunded. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Earlier purchases retain their original terms.
